Pair of vintage pine slat wall sconces crafted in Sweden during the 1970s.
Each sconce is composed of a sculptural structure made from vertical pine slats, creating an original and distinctly Scandinavian design.
When illuminated, the light filters beautifully through the wooden slats, creating striking plays of light and shadow and emphasizing the warm natural tones and texture of the pine.
Both sculptural and functional, the sconces have a strong decorative presence even when switched off, while producing a warm and atmospheric glow when illuminated.
A beautiful example of Scandinavian lighting design from the 1970s, combining natural materials, simplicity and a distinctive architectural silhouette.
